The Neighbourhood
We're at the end of a small dirt road, with a few neighbors off in the distance. So we're quite private, but close enough to Wanaka so you don't miss out on the action. Lake Hawea, a 10 minute drive offers a choice of two great restaurants and a well-stocked corner store, and the stunning lake is great for walking, picnics, skimming rocks or going for a swim in summer! There are a number of excellent hikes within minutes - inc. the Brest Hill leg of the Te Araroa Trail, Mt Grandview, Isthmus Peak, Corner peak and many more.
Location
The Fantail Bungalow & Bellbird cabins have views of the Upper Clutha Valley below, mountains, and Lake Hawea. Nestled under big trees, you'll have your own garden and picnic area.
